The Kian Bentonite plant is located in the industrial zone of Khusf County, South Khorasan Province, adjacent to the company’s exclusive mines. As a core element of our supply chain, this facility plays a central role in processing and producing bentonite products.
Equipped with two active production lines and modern machinery, the plant boasts a monthly micronized bentonite capacity of over 7,500 tons. By leveraging advanced technologies, continuous raw-material quality monitoring, and stringent control at every production stage, we ensure consistent product uniformity, stable performance, and high reliability.

In addition to meeting domestic demand, the facility can fulfill large-scale export orders in accordance with international standards. Its ability to manufacture customized products based on each industry’s technical specifications is a key competitive advantage.
In our next development phases, we’ll not only boost overall production capacity but also install dedicated units for the full spectrum of bentonite treatments—from chemical processes like acid washing to combined physico-chemical modifications and even physical techniques such as granulation and pelletizing, we’ll broaden our processing portfolio, unlock new performance grades and respond to every application need under one roof.
After passing rigorous quality-control checks, final products are packaged according to customer requirements in various formats—including 1-ton jumbo bags, 25 kg sacks, or bulk delivery via bunker trucks—and prepared for shipment. This packaging versatility allows us to respond effectively to the diverse needs of different markets.
